Shipping, Refunds, & Returns

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will princess the charges and submit the order for shipment. 

Order Shipment: 

Most orders ship via UPS, USPS, FedEx ground, or LTL. We offer free shipping on all US orders. 

Most orders ship out within 1 to 5 business days and are delivered within 2-10 business days of the order being placed.

We send out tracking email shortly after the order ships.

Some shipments may require signature for delivery, but most orders ship with no signature required. If signature is required then the shipper will make up to 3 delivery attempts.

Please note that the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product received.sales@decobytes.com

Damages: 

Any report of Damages or Defectives needs to be made within 48 hours of delivery. Any reports made after this time frame are subject to non-action on our part. Detailed photos of said damage must be provided, including photos of the box and the packaging as it was received. Please send photos to sales@decobytes.com

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.

If you desire to cancel an order you must inform in writing. Request to cancel does not = cancel. All cancellation requests will be reviewed to see where the order is in the process and if it is still in the window to be cancelled. Orders already on the dock, on a truck, or in route may not be able to be cancelled

For returning a product, please contact us within 30 days from the day that you received your order. You will then have additional 15 days to have the product returned to us from the moment of its approval.

We will accept a return as long as all merchandise is in the original packaging and received back in the condition in which it shipped.

RMA number must be assigned and we request tracking information in advance.

Refund for the order will be upon receipt of the item and not before.
